Kazuaki Hashida joined Hakuhodo as a marketing planner in 2002. After experiencing marketing and account planning, he moved to HAKUHODO Kettle and jumped into the creative world. In his approach to the creative process, he likes to develop ideas beyond the boundaries of the traditional media. He has received 12 other Cannes Lions, four ADFEST grand prizes, a D&AD Yellow Pencil, a One Show Gold, an ADC Gold, a New York Festivals Gold, and a Tokyo ADC, among others. He loves scuba diving, and he is a Divemaster with over 250 tanks of experience. He loves to dive into deep seas as well as into the creative world.
