A unique bleed of Business, Design, and Branding with over 18 years of experience of working in Japan, US, and Europe. Started off at Hakuhodo Inc. in 1999 as a Promotion Design Planner, his career evolved constantly but it was all about designing transformative and engaging experiences for both business and people. Tetsu had numerous lead positions at Hakuhodo DY Group, running the group's unique business diversification to Product & Service Design, Digital Transformation, Experientials, and Incubations of ventures. Right before joining Spotify, Tetsu was Director of Digital at Hakuhodo International and worked with leading global brands in industries including Alcohol, Food, CPG, and Luxury. And, Tetsu was a founding member of kyu Collective and led the group to grow as VP Strategy. With a strong passion to Music lovers, Tetsu always curious about what new value Music and Creativity can bring to the life. He listens to variety of music and please find his playlists on Spotify.
