Takashi Yamaoka new
NUCB Graduate School of Management

Professor Takashi Yamaoka brings a strong practitioner background having served in positions as the head of business development, director and CMO in charge of marketing strategy and digital marketing. In the present day, he studies mainly marketing strategy, customer management, and service marketing as an academic researcher. He has accepted the 2017 teaching award in NUCB Graduate School of Management, and the 2016 outstanding teaching award in NUCB undergraduate school. He has published “Marketing transformed with digital technology”, Sendenkaigi, and “18 laws to gain customer trust: advocacy marketing”, Nikkei Publishing Inc.
