In this session, we define "activation of potential customers" as broadening the reach, discovering potential customers and making them become obvious customers, deepening engagement and turning them into good customers. How do we realize this?
While capturing modern consumer insight that was influenced by smartphones, major platformformers, and SNS, how should marketers face clients with both data and real? Can we nurture "regular customers" as influencers to PR and solicit others for other prospective customers?
