C-8 Rebuild retails and EC relationship
Many physical store enterprises come to work on EC in earnest, and it has passed for 10 years. A word as Omni channel is fixed, and 5 years have passed.
But those much of EC is still said to be deficit operation. The fact that relationship of store business and EC business is bad is often also heard.
On the other hand, giant Amazon of EC is going into physical store at AmazonBooks and AmazonGo. The know-how grown by EC is used for the store operation richly.
Relationship of physical store business and EC business will be argued at this session. The touch point strategies which make future's physical store and EC fused will be argued.
