B-5 Team organization of agencies - for individuals to function well

Due to the spread of smartphones and social media, the world has entered the era of digital marketing, and the method of marketing has changed greatly.
It is difficult to challenge new things in team formation of advertising agencies and advertising agencies in times when only mass marketing was done. In addition, there are an increasing number of advertisers who think that it is not good to repeat round-throwing to competition and advertising agencies as before.
In order to respond to changes in the times, what teams should be organized by advertisers, advertising agencies, media and technology vendors?
