B-1 Changing brand image to increase customers
Marketing has changed from product-centered to consumer-oriented, value oriented, self-realizing,but the established brand image is difficult to change its brand image.So it is becoming difficult to acquire and new customers.
DELL, Yamaha and Suntory were transformed from past brand image.Introducing thier strategy efforts to make new image and taken to expand customers.We will discuss the way of present organization that is derived from there.(text by Toshiyasu Nishii)
