E-9 Branding vs Direct Marketing

The more you think about the customer experience, the more important it is for brand building and one-to-one marketing. However, in addition, these two strategies tend to be handled and divided by the direct marketing and promotion department of brands, brand marketing department, and one to one one.
Now that brands and stories are emphasized and the target to target and its insight are diversifying, how to organically utilize both strategies is the key to realizing a holistic marketing strategy. In this session, I hope to clearly see what is important to pay attention to in order to make full use of the merits of both sides.
