Miho previously worked for Human Resources department at Toyota Mortar Corporation in Japan from 2007 to 2011. Also, she had performed as a cheerleader for ALVARK, Toyota’s professional basketball team for four years.
In 2011, she took an audition for "The Gold Rush", San Francisco 49ers cheerleading squad, to fulfill her dream, and she was selected as a member. She had a successful career with The Gold Rush in 2011-2012 season.
After her cheerleading career, she became the race director of "Color Me Rad in Japan," the running event, in 2013 and has had more than 150,000 participants for last three years. Color Me Rad was selected as the world’s coolest themed run in 2014 on CNN.
In 2014, she started the event company, spirit inc. in order to achieve her goal which leads Japanese people to find "real" happiness though events.
