Shunsuke Sato founded the Internet ad agency "s1o.inc" in 2006 as the CEO and the fashion brand "satisfaction guaranteed" in 2007. In 2010, He moved to Singapore and established "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED PTE LTD" and drives brand marketing as founder & CEO. He also became the chairman of board of directors of "s1o interactive.inc" to handle a Trading Desk Services which is essential to Programmatic Buying the following year. In April 2012, he gave a speech at APEC in Singapore and received the award in 2012 Web GRAND PRiX. He has established the company "SOCIAL GEAR PTE LTD" to provide the social media management platform "social gear" and became the CEO in Singapore the following year. He is known for being highly innovative in the way he practically uses social media for business. He has been featured in a number of TV programs and magazines and he also lectures across Japan.
