D-2 Marketing : Online + Offline

Nowadays we are able to find out consumer insights, at a higher resolution, by integrating online and offline data with DMP. Actually, however, there are many challenges:

-Communication channels with the customers are limited to digital marketing only.
-Mass marketing, digital marketing and in-store marketing are not linked and we have not been able to create an integrated customer experience.
-The organization, the budget and knowledge are divided into digital and traditional marketing.

In this session, we will try to overcome these challenges and discuss extensively “How to develop an integrated online and offline strategy that can generate the best results”. We will discuss the reality of actual working environments, based on case studies, as opposed to abstract theories.
